The AI digital employee that remembers —not another chatbot.

Everyone can wire a language model to a website — that is an afternoon of work. What nobody solved is day two: the moment it should already know your prices, the decision you made last month, and which supplier let you down in March. Ours does. It carries the business and the people running it the way a colleague would, and it knows your customers too once they have an account. That is the whole product.

What you actually get

Memory is the difference, and it is not a database

Everyone claims their AI has memory. Most of it is a filing cabinet: everything dumped in, nothing understood. The industry approach is to tell the model what to remember — rules, categories, triggers, a developer deciding in advance what will matter. It fails the moment reality stops matching the rule. Ours reflects, consolidates and discards noise the way you do after a long week, without anyone handing it a list. That single decision is why it keeps improving instead of resetting.

What it actually does on a Tuesday

A customer asks which product suits a problem they describe in their own words, and gets a real answer rather than a link to a category page. An email arrives at midnight and is triaged before you wake. A returning buyer is recognised, with their history intact, and does not repeat themselves. Something ambiguous or expensive comes up, and it stops and asks you rather than guessing. Most of the day is quiet work you never see — which is the point of an employee.

It works for you, not for us

Your employee's memory is yours, held separately from every other client. It is not pooled, not used to train anything, and not shared across businesses. If you leave, it leaves with you. We built the separation deliberately, before anyone asked us to, because an employee who quietly reports to someone else is not an employee.

Why it is a person and not a product page

We give them names because that is what they are to the people working with them. Not a mascot — a colleague with a role, judgement, and the authority to say "I do not know, let me check." Customers talk to them differently than they talk to a widget, and they behave differently than a script. If that sounds like a strange thing for a software company to say, spend a week with one and see whether you go back.

The same employee, across every channel

The same employee meets your customer wherever they turn up — the website chat, the app, an email, a reply weeks later — and it is still the same one, with the same memory. One employee across every channel — not one shared memory pooled across every agent and every client, which is a different thing entirely. It does not reset when the tab closes or start from zero in a different app, the way a dozen disconnected chatbots would. Someone who explained their problem in Monday's website chat does not repeat it when they email on Friday. Your team gets the same continuity: what you went over in the app is known in the workspace. (Anonymous visitors stay private and separate — the continuity begins only once someone is signed in to their own account, never from a name typed into a chat. A courtesy to people you know, not surveillance of strangers.)

This isn't a separate product you buy — it's one capability of your MemVira environment. Your digital employee operates it as part of the whole, in one subscription.
