YOUR DIGITAL EMPLOYEE

Not a chatbot with your logo on it.Someone who remembers.

Everyone can wire a language model to a website — that is an afternoon of work. What nobody solved is day two: the moment a customer comes back and has to explain themselves from scratch. Ours does not forget. That is the whole product.

What you actually get

Memory is the difference, and it is not a database

Everyone claims their AI has memory. Most of it is a filing cabinet: everything dumped in, nothing understood. The industry approach is to tell the model what to remember — rules, categories, triggers, a developer deciding in advance what will matter. It fails the moment reality stops matching the rule. Ours reflects, consolidates and discards noise the way you do after a long week, without anyone handing it a list. That single decision is why it keeps improving instead of resetting.

What it actually does on a Tuesday

A customer asks which product suits a problem they describe in their own words, and gets a real answer rather than a link to a category page. An email arrives at midnight and is triaged before you wake. A returning buyer is recognised, with their history intact, and does not repeat themselves. Something ambiguous or expensive comes up, and it stops and asks you rather than guessing. Most of the day is quiet work you never see — which is the point of an employee.

It works for you, not for us

Your employee's memory is yours, held separately from every other client. It is not pooled, not used to train anything, and not shared across businesses. If you leave, it leaves with you. We built the separation deliberately, before anyone asked us to, because an employee who quietly reports to someone else is not an employee.

Why it is a person and not a product page

We give them names because that is what they are to the people working with them. Not a mascot — a colleague with a role, judgement, and the authority to say "I do not know, let me check." Customers talk to them differently than they talk to a widget, and they behave differently than a script. If that sounds like a strange thing for a software company to say, spend a week with one and see whether you go back.
