If you talk to our digital employee and ask us to get back to you, we store the details you give us — typically your name, an email or phone number, and what you wanted to discuss. We also store the fact that you agreed to this, and when. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal data.
We rely on your consent, given in the conversation. You choose whether to give the details at all, and the request is made in plain language before anything is stored.
One thing only: getting back to you about your enquiry. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
For as long as the enquiry is live, and a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we delete it.
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Ask our digital employee, or email us — either works, and neither costs you anything. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state where you live, work, or where you believe an infringement has occurred.

The assistant on this website is an AI system, not a person. We say so on the chat itself, every time, before you type anything. If you would rather speak to a human, tell it so and it will pass you to one.
We think this should be obvious rather than buried in a policy — which is also what the EU AI Act requires of anyone operating a system like this.
